Hi

We went through this same discussion a few years ago. We now just send out a postcard with the links to our website that lists what the brochure used to list. It's significantly cheaper and it is much easier to update the website than a paper brochure.

Hi

We have an extensive array (45+) of curriculum linked programs for school groups from Kindergarten to Grade 12. For a number of years we have produced a 20 or 16 page 4-colour brochure and mailed multiple copies at least twice per year to each school in our province.

We have heard from teachers that they use the brochure as a tool for considering and then booking a school trip. While it is good that they are using it this way, designing, producing and mailing a new brochure every year is costly (and not very 'green').

I'm interested to know how many institutions create a paper-based brochure and if so, do you mail them to all the schools? Has anyone replaced this communications/marketing vehicle with another one and if so, was it successful?

thanks in advance

Catherine
