Hi,
Co-Creating Cultures (http://co-creating-cultures.com) is hosting a
participatory video contest called Science of the City (
http://www.thetechvirtual.org/requests/science-city-video-contest) involving
5 or more institutions so far.
There's still time if you would be interested in adding your museum. It's
free and could serve as basis for some fun activities.
For example some institutions are hosting installations or events around the
contest. The Tech Museum is hosting a local (and streamed) video master
class (http://videomasterclass2011.eventbrite.com) with a rebate for
submitting a video.
We'd like to expand the reach and think it would also be great to give
recognition to some of your local stars. Staff could contribute too. We plan
some type of online announcements and events when it wraps up.
By the way contest is also bi-lingual English/Spanish so if you're reading
