Jeff,
My name is Jennifer and I am the visitor services manager at WonderLab
museum in Bloomington, Indiana. I am very interested! My attendance is
not guaranteed at ASTC 2013 but I would love to help in any way possible.
Keep me in mind if you need any help!

I'd like to put together a session about the 'IT FACTOR' for science
centers and museums. Meaning - what are the standout
exhibits/programs/intangibles that make your institution memorable and
impactful to visitors, or the IT FACTOR. How does this standout aspect
shape your public identity, expand or limit public perception, and share
best practices and lessons learned.
Anybody interested on this topic, please let me know. Thanks.
