Hi Jamie,
You may want to reach out to Randi Korn (Randi Korn Assoc) and/or Ava Ferguson at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Both have done extensive work on both evaluating and operationalizing mission at ISE organizations. Likewise, we are doing this type of work at NHMU, with the help of Mary Ellen Munley (MEM Assoc).
Good luck,
Becky

Hi all!
I've done a bit of poking around but am finding it difficult to locate recent-ish research concerning the role of "mission" in informal science institutions. I'm specifically interested in the trickle-down effects of varying degrees of operational emphasis on mission. Thanks very much in advance for any guidance.
Best!
J
