In Technopolis most floor staff (Explainers etc) have a first aid training, we have a first aid room where viditors can be treated for minor injuries. Supplies include basic things like cold packs, desinfectants ,..
For a more serious injuries or in case of doubt we refer to hospital.

What do you have for basic first-aid at your institution, like for small bumps or minor cuts and scrapes? Are your science center and/or museum floor staff approved to provide basic supplies likes band-aids and cold packs? If they do so, do they also have first-aid training? Or do you have security staff designated to respond to all injuries?

We are mulling over this process, considering factors like liability and also what's best for the visitor. Thanks for any input.
