We are trying to think about out-of-the-box ways to assess our visitors' learning and engagement, particularly children in upper elementary and middle school, at the Lawrence Hall of Science. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any interesting and engaging assessment methods that engage visitors in a fun experience while also assessing their learning and engagement. Any references to specific reports or studies that have used unusual methods would be appreciated. Thanks!
