Hi,

I'm posting this on behalf of a friend who is doing a graduate degree in Inclusive Design. She has assignment focused on recommending a smart phone application that can be used in an art museum for visually impaired visitors. I told her this group could be a good source of information.

Does anyone know of a museum (art, science or otherwise) that has developed an ap/smart phone interface to engage visitors who are blind or have very low vision?  Any comments on the effectiveness?   Also wondering if anyone has seen a really effective way of engaging these visitors so that they can have a full and inclusive experience.

thanks,
Catherine
