Dear colleagues, I think the 2014 SHA conference theme on Questions that
Count really needs a session on Feminist Questions because they have
transformed the field in so many ways.

I decided to organize this session because a feminist session has yet to be
organized and feminist questions definitely need to be included in the
questions that count! I think it would be a shame not to have a session on
feminist questions because they have provided so many new insights into the
past.

the papers in this session would be about how each of us came to ask
feminist questions, whether influenced by the feminist movement and/or
feminist theory, other feminist research, feminist publications, etc.
and/or about the new research insights gained by asking feminist questions
compared to non-feminist ones. This will show how asking feminist questions
count and are important to research.

If you are interested in contributing a paper I need an abstract soon as
the session must be complete submitted by July 10.

Please email me off the list: [log in to unmask]

Regards,
suzanne
