The MUA is pleased to present our first guest blogger for 2010. Dr. Anne
Giesecke, who drafted the Abandoned Shipwreck Act of 1987, (ASA),
discusses how the culture surrounding submerged cultural resources has
changed since the ASA became law at both the federal and local level. You
can read Dr. Giesecke’s call for a continued change in the archaeological
culture here: http://muablog.wordpress.com/

Best regards,
