ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Hi all,

We are working to establish a policy that will help guide our decisions around outside requests to set up tables/booths in our galleries. As I'm sure is the case with all of you, we receive a constant stream of requests ranging from local students wanting to show off community-service projects, to state-run green energy agencies, to everything in between. Specifically, we're looking for examples of policies / guidelines / protocols that other institutions use. Of particular interest is the issue of liability, specifically as it relates to city-owned institutions like ours.

Thank you in advance - everything best,

Jamie
