All
In the 80's, for custom pollen traps, I imported sheets of plastic with
asterisk or star shaped holes, much like the ones Brushy Mountain use in
their new Front Porch Trap.
In the 90's, I found sheets of plastic with round holes that also worked
well as pollen screens.
In the 2000s, the Anatomic front mounted traps showed up. They have a
heavier, plastic screen with somewhat triangular holes.
I like plastic screens, rather than galvenized screens, because I don't get
chemical residues from zinc, rust - which is important for some of the
chemical work we do.
I've lost track of the suppliers of plastic sheeting for pollen traps. I
assume that they are still all in Europe.
If anyone can help me locate wholesalers and/or distributors, I'd
appreciate the assistance.
Thanks
Jerry
