Hello,
My former undergraduate program now offers a Bio-Archaeological field school dealing with a complex of Moche-Chimu mummified remains in Peru. The program is headed by Dr. Catherine Gaither. She was my advisor, and she is very capable. I moved into historic archaeology because the working world is not exactly clamoring for physical anthropologists. The school, Metropolitan State College of Denver, also offers a full scale Human Identification Laboratory for later analysis. Here is a link to the program, but I think she may have to contact the department for specifics regarding the field school requirements.
Thank You,
Sean M.A. Doyle

Subject: Field school with forensics component
Hello all,
I have an undergraduate student here who has a specific interest in forensics and wishes to join an archaeological field school this summer that can improve her skills in that area. Can anyone direct me to a project that will be include that kind of component? Many thanks.
