If I was a betting man I would bet on the varroa but will try and keep an
open mind.
My rule of thumb with formic (as is Bill R.'s) is you need to see some
*slight* brood kill for the kill level to be right which is easy to see
Doug. If you get a chance tomorrow take a look and report back.
Even the mostly light kill Miteaway pads (which I have used but not yet the
MAQS) had a strong smell at first.
Clear a hive of varroa in 7 days is a big claim. Hope works for you Doug!
