I equally received the "petition" several times, mainly thru commercial
channels(!). Like Lloyd I did not respond positively. I am glad with the
scientific opinion of EFSA (http://www.efsa.europa.eu/en/scdocs/doc/1821.pdf),
where (amongst others) honeybees get back their function as a symptom
indicator of the quality of the landscape. A function they lost several
decades ago: I am glad that the Law intends to resume the initiative what
safety net we will rely on and no longer bio-technical engineers, that
developed smoke screens like "crop protection" for the sake of making money.
