Hi! *Lugares* could be translated as *locations*, but probably more
accurately as *places (*splitting hairs here*).* While *lugares *could be
any type of space, *lugares privados *are private places which could be a
euphemism for a privy and might be shortened to *lugares *in the right
context. The use of the word *privativos* is interesting as it usually
refers to somewhere or something *exclusive*, such as a privy or space that
could only be used by certain persons. Hope this helps.
