We've made popsicles with LN2. We do it summer camps and I don't recall any real challenges. Of course can't remember how long it takes.....I say do it!

Dunno about popsicles, but in addition to the more common ice cream, I have seen LN2 used to make Jell-o.

Has anybody ever used liquid nitrogen to make frozen popsicles? If so, does it work well, and does it take very long?
Initially, I see more challenges than success with this. Thought I'd ask before we try it.
