Bernadette,
We have staff that are trained/experienced in working with children that
need individual education plans, and if need be (for more active/open
format activities) we have an intern work with that child individually.
 Right now we don't have any staff with additional certifications, and we
do not administer medication--children have to be able to take their own
medication. (Check with your local licensing departments, you may need to
take extra steps to work with kids that need medication).
