ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Does anybody have experience in placing a value on exhibits which you have
donated to a foreign country? I have a science center client who needs to
assign a value to their 'used' exhibits, for international tax reasons
related to the receiving country. I said I'd look around to see if there
was a method that other institutions had used in the past.
I'd love to hear from someone on how you assigned a value to used exhibits
which your institution didn't want to keep, and wished to donate.
Thanks,
Barbara
