Looks like a tedder to me. I'm guessing, though, that it's from an early 20th century homestead, not an early 19th century homestead, since nothing like this would have been available in NM in the early 1800s.

This might be to easy for the fine folks on the listserve but I'd like a little help identifying this. We figure it might be part of a hay tedder but are really unsure. Follow the link for pictures. It is near an early 19th century homestead in NW New Mexico.
