Yes, definitely a farce & perhaps better word-choice, a "fraud" ... on 
the two episodes I have viewed, so far, the artifacts were undoubtedly 
salted ... and the amounts of money they claim are being garnered in 
selling the loot is patently fraudulent, too!

It's easy for professionals to see-through the fraudulent pretenses of 
this show, but it's doing a lot of harm among the general American 
public who are not known to have much discernment.
