ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

A very neat video. Given all the supercool analysis and reverse engineering that has recently been assembled from cultured muscle cell devices to this one of a ground "swimming" mole, the time seems right for a major exhibition on locomotion with animals and plants included.

It even sounds like moles are easy to care for, and feeling their fur is an amazing experience.

Scientists at the University of Massachusetts and Brown University are studying just how moles move all that dirt when they tunnel under the surface of lawns.
