Hi All,

To a great extent I dislike suggesting advocacy presentations on YouTube, but this one is pretty good––actually great!––and get at many points addressed by educational reform and cultural institutions.  The sketching is great and so is the point of view.

Leave it to the Brits, to provide an insightful presentation.
