We use layered mentoring with High School students as volunteers, College students as employees, and then a professioanl above that in our SciGirls programs.  Mentors are so important for girls in STEM.  I'd be happy to share more if you are interested.

I heard that one of the San Francisco science museums employs high school students to do this. Does anyone know which one?
