If you are interested in a woman's point of view, queens most likely enjoy
having their own little kingdoms to rule.:)

I personally would leave her where she is now.
If you do decide to put her back, however, you could always insert a queen
excluder between the two and then move her later after brood has built up.
Or, you could see which of the two turned out to be the better layer and
extinguish the other down the road.
