When you see co-ordinates presented as above, simply copy them, open 
Google Maps or Google Earth, paste the string into the search bar 
and hit, "Enter".

The program should pan to that location.

Coordinates can be presented in several other vaild forms.  Some 
work, some may not.  

It is always worth pasting them in to see if they work.
