Virtually all of our sales are of crystallized honey.  I had someone come by the booth yesterday...wasn't looking for a taste, just wanted "honey that will pour".  Usually I'll take the time to discuss things with such a customer, but in this case, he was clearly in a hurry, knew exactly what he wanted...he seemed harried, and not looking for a discussion.

I simply told him we didn't have what he was looking for.
