Per Curtis Steinhauer's "Centerfire Cartridge Headstamp Guide, 
available on-line at
"h htp://members.shaw.ca/cstein0/uscenter.htm" (to make the link 
work, delete the space between the first two "H's") WRA CO was in use 
between 1866 and 1932 by Winchester Repeating Arms and the straight 
WRA was in use between 1932 and 1950 by Winchester by Western and 
various other owners.
