The only application that might do something like that is Explorer Systems.
I know it integrated admissions, membership, and store. Not sure if it dumps
directly into financial software. I also remember them being pretty
expensive. You can find them at expsoft.com.

My ED is interested in finding out info on a software program for Admissions
desk that integrates admission sales, store purchases and inventory, into
our financial system.  Does anyone in a small museum use such a system?
