 - In the article, it is mentioned that there "... was followed, last month, by a companion volume that focused on the most effective ways to apply those lessons."I can't find that anywhere on the NAS site or otherwise.  Does anyone know what/where this is?

There’s an editorial about informal science education in today’s edition of Nature.

The editorial’s position: “Much of what people know about science is learned informally. Education policy-makers should take note.”

Among the topics that’s already stirring up some comments (online): to what extent is informal able to counter pseudoscience and misunderstandings about science? I hope our community will jump in and contribute!
