I am still dealing with sting reactions and still must dress head to toe with duct tape on the ankles of the suit. I am at the point now where taking a long period anti-histamine does pretty good to tackle a single sting.
It sucks and I hope to go lighter. When I am feeding, collecting pollen, or catching swarms I just go in a smock with veil with latex gloves.
I know that sounds crazy but even with the reactions I am still in my bees every week. I have not had a REALLY bad reaction in over a year now.
