No.
Treating is based on testing but researchers have given the advice that if
you treat its best to treat all hives in the yard.
Some do not follow this program but I do.
Using two different treatments might keep from putting all your eggs in one
basket if one treatment or the other fails.
*usually* the strongest hive has the highest mite population but testing is
the only way to know for sure.
