Hi Bob,
Oxalic acid mix can be good for a week if stored in a refrigerator. All depends of storage temp. In your case, check the color of the mix in the sprayer. If it is still white. It should be good. If it is off white to yellowish it will not be good. It means that sugar has formed HMF and the mix is no longer good.
