we just hosted an exhibit called "Torn From Home" which was about life in refuge camps, and there is a good deal of discussion about availability of food and clean water.
(I know, sounds like a really heavy idea for an exhibit, but I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was.)

Dear colleagues,

I am looking for a traveling exhibition on energy or food safety for a non-US venue.
Is anyone aware of anything touring these days that I could look at?

Thanks.

Walter
