Always remember to emphasise that the non-quantifiable 'affective' benefits
are far more numerous and have far more community impact than the merely
commercial, easy-to-measure benefits of a science center.

Be very careful not to let anyone think that the quantifiable benefits are
the only benefits, or even the most important ones...

As we all know, this also applies to educational evaluation.

An effective way to enthuse cold-blooded bureaucrats about these less
tangible benefits to is to show them some powerful video footage of the
local community engaging and emoting.
