Has anyone tried leaving a slow-speed agitator in the oobleck (like a paddle on a motor) to keep agitating it overnight and prevent it from settling out? Not sure if it's worth the effort, but it might let you re-use batches over a weekend.

We made a test batch in a large aquarium tank about 8" deep and left it overnight to see if we could re-use it the next day. The issue wasn't evaporation, as much as separation. By morning, the Oobleck had separated dramatically, with about 1" of just water on top and the cornstarch packed densely below. Re-mixing it proved impossible.
