Thanks so much for re-iterating one of my favorite idioms. Of those three (fast, good & cheap) one is always excluded. Getting this very basic concept across has sometimes been a battle. And when they pick by, default, Fast & Cheap, everyone loses.
Even a pile of rocks or sand requires delivery ($$$) and replenishment ($$$) despite few other costs.
