I would assume that a permit would be required to use emamectin. Would the
NYS DEC issue a permit if informed of the issues you have raised?

The bigger issue is not using the chemical anywhere until an EIS was
complete. I wounder where else emamectin has been used without any of us
picking up on this?

In New York we need to have the DEC comment.  What have you found out from
the DEC?
