Dear members of the Coalition Working Group on the Coordination Committee,
Welcome to the new WG-CC list! Below you will find the suggested framework
for the working group's discussion, which you are welcome to comment on.
Task: To develop terms of reference and procedures for creation of a
Coalition Coordination Committee and prepare a related constitutional
document for the Coalition
Time frame: 4 - 6 weeks
Starting date: Monday 23 August 2010 (today)
Means of discussion: Questions and drafts from TI-S and others to be
circulated by email to the working group followed by email exchanges
Proposed schedule: Four week-long discussion rounds.
Week 1 (Monday 23 August - Monday 30 August): History, vision,
mission, core Values
Week 2 (Tuesday 31 August - Tuesday 7 September): Structure and
functions of Coordination Committee
Week 3 (Wednesday 8 September - Wednesday 15 September): Any
other constitutional issues
Week 4 (Thursday 16 September - Thursday 23 September): Next
steps
