Dear Toby and all,
The reason I included the in-person option is that as indicated in
Gillian's draft we should not rule it out. Also, retaining the option
doesn't necessarily mean that we must hold it in person. However, I have
no strong view in this regard, and I am happy to go along with Toby's
suggestion.
