People are having fall swarms here too. I thought it may be because people 
have supers off to treat for varroa. Many here use Apilife var. I have 
Apiguard on half of my hives and MAQS on the rest. The hives I put Apiguard 
on were really light, they needed this flow to fill up the boxes for winter 
since we had a dry hot July and August offered nothing. The end of the week 
I go back out to put the second Apiguard treatment on I will see how heavy 
they are.
