I think you are referring to the Pesticide-Pollinator Workshop on July 22, in Alfred, NY.  The work from the Tuscon Lab was presented via telephone with the powerpoint shown onscreen. I have been in touch with the organizers and they told me that the presentation was recorded and will be made available.

The presentations were given again in greater depth at the First International Conference Pollinator Biology, Health and Policy at Penn State, which went from July 24 to 28. I am working on a summary of the talks. However, the abstracts are available for download at:
