Here's an interesting finding that challenges long accepted science and biomedical practice. It raises the possibility of new frontiers in understanding the composite nature of the thing we call life. It's way too early to know how the science will play out.
I do reflect about the whole "bubble boy" scenario, and organisms born without a functional immune system. It seems like those are predicated on and examples of fetal sterility.
