Maybe a sign letting folks know there's mold near would be helpful?
It's difficult to encapsulate mold and even if you don't have asthma if
you've had a fairly recent exposure to high levels of mold you can
retain a sensitivity to mold for quite some time. Most people won't
have any reaction to a moldy piece of fruit, but if you do have a
reaction it can be quite severe. Having mold behind plex is not that
different from having open bottles of VOCs behind plex.

Thanks,

Yes, that is why we have a plexi shield between visitors and the
rotting
fruit.
