Hello all!
There are two new posts on the SHA Blog that I wanted to share with you all.
The first is by President Paul Mullins, and is a follow up post about the issues of diversity in the SHA. It follows a forum held in Leicester about Race and the SHA: http://ow.ly/hkmIN
The second is by Charlie Ewen and regards the National Geographic TV Show Diggers. SHA was involved in discussions with National Geographic last spring regarding the ethical concerns we have with the show, and this month a new program started airing. You can read about it, and the ethics of archaeology and entertainment, here: http://ow.ly/hkmpc
As always, you can follow us on Twitter (http://twitter.com/sha_org), Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/SocietyforHistoricalArchaeology) and on our members only LinkedIn page (http://www.linkedin.com/groups?gid=4249355&trk=hb_side_g)
You can also subscribe for email updates from the blog by entering your email address on the blog's sidebar: http://www.sha.org/blog
best,
Terry
