Those were my thoughts, too, but Bob asked about baggies.
If we were advising a newbee, it would be different and I would advise a cake of granulated honey, fondant, dry sugar and then syrup in that order, but this is Bob, and Bob is no tyro. He knows his bees and also runs Italians. Well managed Italians tend to have large, loose clusters.
This should be interesting.
