Someone must have mentioned it, may have missed it. Perhaps cheapest, 
easiest and quickest way to clean smoker is burn it out. Use a fuel that 
burns easily and pump the blazes out of it, suggest wearing a glove to 
protect hand from heat. Everything carbonizes and when cooled down a few 
taps with hive tool knocks everything loose.
