I just got off the phone with a commercial beekeeper wanting my opinion on a
oxalic acid formula he said was being used in South Dakota.
I said right off the bat seemed way to strong and not what is being used.
Here is the primitive formula.
1 gallon hot water with 8 pounds sugar mixed in and a pound of oxalic added.
To me the formula sounds double what is being used in Canada.
Allen?
I use Medhats formula based on grams and each liter of syrup.
Thanks in advance!
