I was not thinking send them II queens but open mated queens that would put some of those genetics out there in large enough force to make a difference and get enough of those drones out there to keep that trait high enough to make a difference if they open mate.  When you talk about them changing queens several times a year is that caused by varroa levels in the hives bringing down the queen if so they may be the first people that would need those queens.
