Sounds fun!  You'll want to consider that molds can be a trigger for asthma in certain individuals.  The reaction could be as mild as a scratchy throat, but could be quite severe depending on the person.

Can anyone recommend exhibits they've seen that demonstrate how food  
decays over time? We're looking at doing an exhibit that would compare  
how a loaf of bread decays on a counter versus in a fridge versus in a  
dark place.  Any recommendations or leads welcomed.
