I saw a great exhibit at the California Science Center in their new
Ecosystems exhibit that had an entire "rot room."

Can anyone recommend exhibits they've seen that demonstrate how food
decays over time? We're looking at doing an exhibit that would compare
how a loaf of bread decays on a counter versus in a fridge versus in a
dark place. Any recommendations or leads welcomed.
